If you’re interested in Volunteering at the 1620s House and Garden, come along and meet our Heritage Volunteering Officer Hester to learn a bit more about what’s involved.

    Go to any ancient building and there will be interesting, exciting, and romantic stories presented to the visitor. In this talk, archaeologist James Wright will explain the development of such myths and investigate the underlying truths behind them.
