Gin Tasting Evening

A chance to try something truly unique this December.

Join Locksley Distilling Company for a delightful evening of gin and spirits tasting, and learn about the history of gin and distilling.

What’s more, on the night, Locksley will be launching the latest spirit in their Co-Lab range – a new botanical blend made in collaboration with the 1620s House and Garden.

Our gardens exhibit a wide selection of herbs and plants once available in gardens across the country, but are now less commonly found. As part of research spearheaded by archaeologists from the University of Sheffield into early distillation, Locksley has experimented with botanicals from the Garden to explore some forgotten flavours and have created a delicious, fresh, and exciting herbal blend.

As well as tasting throughout the evening, there will be a gin bar open, and an opportunity to buy the delights you’ll be sampling in time for Christmas.
