Edgar is known for putting on the Best Easter Egg Hunt in all of Easterton, but disaster has struck! Edgar’s Egg basket, the revered prize for the winner of the hunt, has mysteriously disappeared! Can you help him find it and save the most eggciting event of the year from being cancelled?
It seems we need to complete a series of puzzles and crafts to retrieve the basket! Edgar’s usually eggcellent at solving mysteries, but these are proving to be eggtra hard! Can you help him get all his eggs back in time for Easter? Time is of the essence, but if you manage to aid Edgar and complete the competition task and send it in, you could be in with a chance to win a goody from Edgar’s prized Basket!

Christmas at the Manor

Discover how Christmas was celebrated in times gone by! The 1620s House & Garden will be beautifully dressed in Jacobean style decor. See how preparations were made to celebrate the full twelve days of Christmas by the Digby Family.
Join in with festive carols and a mummers play, talk to costumed volunteers about food and feasting, Christmas customs, keeping warm in winter in the days before central heating and all the jobs that had to be done to ensure the holy season ran smoothly.
What’s more, there’ll be festive crafts in the barn and a children’s trail to enjoy!
Normal Admission plus £2. No need to pre-book, just come along on the day.
