THE GUILDE: The League Of Extraordinary Re-enactors in their own words
We are a unique group of experienced and new to re-enactment people, who have come together to recreate History during a time of turmoil during 16th and 17th Century.
We portray the reality of life as group of soldiers and their followers on the road, we are self sufficient, we cook over open fires, and sleep under canvas.
The land around us supplies us with everything we need and the skills of the people in the historical camp, feed us, clothe us and protect us.
We are loyal to whosoever pays the coin.
We bring for your entertainment:
Musketry displays (taken from original 16th/17th Century manuals)
Sword skills, Pike, Bill, Cannon and Archery.
Cooking demonstration (want to try the recipe at home? Ask for a recipe leaflet)
