The Leeds Waits and Helen Atkinson present a programme of music and musical quotes from the works of the Bard, supplemented by words and music by his contemporaries in the lively London arts scene.
The Leeds Waits re-create an early Stuart town band and play upon reproductions of the instruments of the time – recorder, shawm, curtal, bagpipes, sackbut, hurdy-gurdy, fiddle, cittern, bray harp and tabor.
Helen Atkinson play the lute and sing lute songs.
The concert will take place in the atmospheric stone barn.
Tickets: £12 Adults, £10 concessions, £8 Children
