Plant Hunter's Fair

One of our most popular events returns as we host the top plant nurseries which are sure to have something special for every garden. To see the list of stall holders attending this event click here.

There will be a fabulous line-up of specialist nurseries coming along to make it a special trip out for all garden lovers. So, whether it’s bee-friendly perennials, shrubs, plants for shade, trees, variegated or foliage plants you are sure to find something to create a blooming brilliant garden!

Entrance to Fair only is £1*

*PLEASE NOTE – Car parking is free but has very limited availability. Your pre-booked entrance ticket DOES NOT reserve a car parking space or guarantee that there will be space available in the car park on your arrival. Arriving at your booked time and not before helps venue staff and volunteers to manage car park availability. Where possible, we would encourage visitors to arrive on foot or car share. Please respect local residents and follow highway regulations when parking off-site.

This event is one of our most popular events of the year. For your convenience please pre-book your arrival time HERE. The pre-booked slot is for your arrival time only, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the Fair and our beautiful gardens at your leisure.

The house will also be open for this event. Normal charges apply to those who wish to go round the house. Annual Tickets to visit the house will be available HERE.

Well-behaved dogs on leads welcome.

The Old Barn Tea Room will be open and serving a takeaway offer.

The venue has lots to see and explore with something for all ages, plus the bonus of a great Plant Hunter’s Fair to enjoy!
