Discover the wonders of science with these fun experiments for children!
There are two sessions running:
10am – 12pm & 1pm – 3pm.
Feed your curiosity with some of the following activities:
- Write a message in invisible ink
- Create your own compass
- Design an egg parachute
- Make butter from cream
- Go on a bug hunt
- Extract DNA from a banana
- Plus more!
All materials provided.
£5 per child. Pre-booking is Essential.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Suitable for children aged 5-12.

Pen and Watercolour Workshop
- Tuesday 2nd June, 10am to 1pm
Learn different pen drawing techniques and ‘dry’ watercolour painting to create your own botanical artwork using flowers and foliage from our 17th Century gardens as inspiration.

Pinocchio (Outdoor Theatre)
- Friday 31st July, 6pm to 8pm
