Christmas at the Manor

Sunday 13th December, 11am to 3:30pm

£3 per person plus normal admission

Discover how Christmas was celebrated in times gone by! The 1620s House & Garden will be beautifully dressed in Jacobean style décor.

Join in with festive carols, talk to volunteers about food and feasting, Christmas customs, keeping warm in winter in the days before central heating and all the jobs that had to be done to ensure the Holy season ran smoothly.

What’s more, there’ll be colouring in the Barn and a children’s trail to enjoy!

Normal Admission plus £3 No need to pre-book, just come along on the day.

We try to make every event as accessible and inclusive as possible. If you would like to discuss the accessibility of this event, please contact us on 01455290429 or email us at 1620shouse@leics.gov.uk
